A mid-variety speaker is usually a loudspeaker driver that reproduces a band of frequencies typically in between 1–6 kHz, if not known as the mid frequencies (among the woofer and tweeter). Mid-selection driver diaphragms may be made from paper or composite materials and might be direct radiation drivers (relatively like scaled-down woofers) or
